Why should we bow down before the great sages of Indian Origin & Pundits

Dr P V Sesha Sai Aswamedhayaaji Executive President – World Brahman Organization http://worldbrahmanorganization.com 2nd October 2014 My dear friends and well wishers Re: Why should we bow down before great sages of Indian Origin &Pundits? Most of us knew that great research takes place in different countries to study planets and their positions etc. Millions of Dollars of public money is spent for this purpose. Ultimately, the outcome of such research is no way comparable to the traditional systems, we follow in India. Let us examine a simple case, 0n 8th of this month, we have Lunar Eclipse. Any pundit, who has not been in touch with modern education, will surely tell us at what time the eclipse starts, at what point it ends and in which star the eclipse takes place. NOT A SINGLE DOLLAR need to be spent for getting this information as the “answer” we get from a pundit is backed by the great research already conducted by the great sages of Indian Origin and the same being followed from centuries. Some great men outside India comment:- Mark Twain: "India has two million gods, and worships them all. In religion all other countries are paupers; India is the only millionaire” Will Durant, American historian: "India was the motherland of our race, and Sanskrit the mother of Europe's languages: she was the mother of our philosophy; mother, through the Arabs, of much of our mathematics; mother, through the Buddha, of the ideals embodied in Christianity; mother, through the village community, of self-government and democracy. Mother India is in many ways the mother of us all Good and bad do co-exist, similarly conceptual overrides. Let us take only the cream – in a positive way and let us be like SWANS - which can differentiate milk and water. Many of our ancestors dedicated their lives for this purpose, let us continue to upkeep the traditional values; let us respect the great pundits who continue to guide us in many ways; let us teach our children to touch the soil of our mother land every day and wear it as a “tilak” on the forehead, in token gratitude to Lord for having allowed us to take birth on this great land – India. Let us be proud to be Indians, let us respect our culture, Hamara Bharat Mahaan. Jai Hind. Procedural aspect of Moon Eclipse on 8th October 2014

Dr P V Sesha Sai Aswamedhayaaji Executive President, WORLD BRAHMAN ORGANIZATION http://worldbrahmanorganization.com 2nd October 2014 My Dear friends and like-minded persons I convey my regards to each of you. While wishing you once again HAPPY DASARA, I wish to give you some information relating to the forthcoming Eclipse on 8th October 2014. The eclipse does occur for Sun and Moon when Sun Transits through the place of Rahu or Ketu (both of them are shadow planets) on New Moon day and when Moon transits through on a full moon day. This time, Moon is transmitting through the Zodiac sign of Pisces while Ketu is in the same sign on the full moon day. What does the “Dharma Sindhu” – an authenticated text for Hindu rituals say on this? When eclipse takes place one has to take food 12 hours before Sun Eclipse and 9 hours before Moon Eclipse. One has to take bath before eclipse and perform Havan or Shradha Karma or Tarpan or Jaap, during Eclipse and again has to take bath after the eclipse. Jap, Tap or Havan are considered to be the best during the time of eclipse. ONE CAN TAKE ANY MANTRA DEEKSHA during the time of Eclipse and it is considered to give a fortified result. Immediately after the eclipse, one has to give Daan (donation) as per his convenience to any good cause. ONE IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - when eclipse for Sun takes place on Sunday OR when eclipse for Moon takes place on Monday – it is called as CHOODAAMANI. It is a unique time for any sadhana and fulfilment of desires. This is also to be remembered that one who stays in Varanasi during the time of Eclipse for Moon; or one who stays in KURUKSHETRA during the time of eclipse for Sun; and thereafter performs the rituals – no other boon becomes a better boon than that to any human being, as per DHARMA SINDHU. One should not sleep during the time of Eclipse and the pregnant women are not expected to expose themselves to the outside atmosphere during the time of eclipse. This time the eclipse is taking place on the star of REVATHI. Hence people born in that star are not expected to view the eclipse and secondly it is advisable for them to perform Santhi Path. This is the authenticated age old Hindu Tradition brought out to us by the great sages of Indian origin, for our benefit and for the benefit of the society. The Gothra and Pravara ........................

My dear all, I am extremely happy, many mails are being received on the captioned subject, as well on topics directly or indirectly related to it. Today, we find blood groups as "A" "B" and so on. Some name becomes essential to identify the group of the blood. In the similar fashion, in good olden days, the names of Rishis are taken to identify a blood group. This system is a unique system, besides joint family system etc, in India. This non related group marriages helped the generation to improve their intelligentsia. One can not say that the Indian system can not be relied upon just because some rishi name is given, then, in similar fashion, why should one believe "A" or "B". But still we believe, since we are Hindus and we accept systems of other religions and other branches of thought. That does not mean that we belittle our systems and our traditions which are infinitely dated back. Now I am working on the geographical area of ancient India during Mahabharat times and one authoritative text is "Mahaa Sankalpam". This text reveals, the number of sages; names of rivers; mountains; forests;regions; besides a detailed script of "time calculation". This is unique of its nature and perhaps the strong base TO KNOW OURSELVES; TO KNOW THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF INDIA; TO KNOW THE DIFFERENT KINGDOMS; TO KNOW THE DIFFERENT RULERS; TO KNOW THE DIFFERENT RIVERS IN INDIA AND MANY SUCH. Let us not forget our traditions, let us not disrespect our ancient rishis, let us not disown our philosophies; let us also not ignore our Ayurveada; Tarka(logic); Nyaya sastra; Ardhik sastra(financial or economic theories)and many such. Let us feel proud to be an Indian; to be a Hindu; to have religious patience. Perhaps, Indians have the best tendency to help the less fortunate in the society. The great 'ANNADAANA" is an on-going system in Indian families; temples of India; and it is our richest culture. It is a fact, that I am going to write on a different subject as to why India is quite a sacred land on this earth, interestingly, some of the divine plants do not grow elsewhere on this earth. I prefer to present them in detail in due course of time. I am always open for correction, if someone tries to rectify me, but, it should be authentic and Logic or fact based and it should be convincing to every Hindu. Yours affectionately HARA HARA MAHADEVA DR P V SESHA SAI ASWAMEDHAYAAJI

One important note is that – I have mentioned the above in Chandramana system whereas there is a difference of 15 days in reckoning month, the dark days differ in certain systems, while the bright days are the same anywhere and in accordance with any system in India. 19th April 2013 – Sri Rama Navami – PUSHYAMI STAR AND CHAITRA MAASAM – PLEASE USE IT.
